Be Happy This Holiday Season

For some people, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, could be depressing and not so happy. Either because they’re alone, far from family and friends, or because of an unfortunate event that happen during the holidays in the past, or they’re going thru a hard time this year. Life doesn’t always happen the way we want it, but we should remember that our time on Earth is, after all, limited. So, we should try to make every moment better for ourselves and the ones around us. Addiction, anger, depression and negativity feeling can be overcome or kept under control. And when we cannot do it on our own, we ask for help. Alan Raddatz has been helping patients for years. He will help you make your holidays brighter.

Alan wishes you: Merry Christmas! & A Happy New Year!
