How To Control Anxiety

We all face moments of anxiety, but are we ready to control those tension parts of the day that make us anxious? Here are some tips we would like to share in your attempt to control anxiety.

  1. Take no medicines for the moment
  2. Do physic excercise
  3. Think about something positive and about those moments that use to make you feel good
  4. Eat balanced
  5. Reduce alcohol in case you drink a lot
  6. Diversify your life activities

Of all these, doing sport with regularity can only help you get the stress out and since exercise is a crucial component of a mentally healthy individual, we encourage you to do it as often as you can.

Considering psychoterapy or counseling can also help as such practices do not include medicine, either, so meeting a therapist can be a step taken forward.
